Ali Benjamin Nadjem (Dari: علی بنیامین نجم, born 2 April 1995) is a German-born Afghan footballer who plays as a full-back for Meiendorfer SV in the Oberliga Hamburg.
Nadjem played 3 games in the 2013–2014 season with St. Pauli. In his second season he became a regular starter for the team and played 24 games and received 3 yellow cards. In his 3rd season he played 25 games and received 6 yellow cards. In the 2016–2017 season he made his first assist.
Nadjem was called up in January for the national team of Afghanistan. He made his debut for Aghanistan in a friendly 2-1 win over Singapore on 23 March 2017.
On 9 January 2020 it was confirmed, that Nadjem had joined Meiendorfer SV in the Oberliga Hamburg.
