Anastassia Khozissova (Russian: Анастасия Хозисова ; born 15 April 1979) is a Russian model.

Khozissova started her fashion career in Milan, Italy. She entered the modeling world at the young age of 18 after finishing high school. Her debut happened at the Giorgio Armani runway show in Milan, Italy at the Fall 1999 Collection and was quickly followed by the cover of September Italian Vogue shot by Steven Meisel in 1999.

In 2004, Ralph Lauren approached Khozissova to be one of their main models. She has cultivated a close relationship with the brand and has walked in every show since she started working with them.
