April “Boy” Regino (born Dennis Regino Magloyuan Magdaraog on April 9, 1969) is a recording artist from the Philippines who popularized some of the novelty songs “Paano Ang Puso Ko”, “Umiiyak Ang Puso” and “Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin” during the 1990s and is known for his trademark caps.
In 2014, April Boy quit show business after he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He revealed in an interview in Startalk that he is “cancer-free”, yet he suffered from a heart ailment afterward.
