British tattoo artist whose work can be seen on the bodies of celebrities like Rihanna and Sienna Miller. She has collaborated with a number of notable tattoo artists artists, including Lal Hardy.
She learned the art of pencil drawing at a young age and went on to attend the Winchester School of Art. Her career as a tattoo artist began in Southampton, England where she apprenticed under Pete Belson.
She helped create the vintage microphone design that was used on the HTC One (M8) phone. She curated the world’s first human gallery, an exhibition that took place in London. She has been featured on three magazine covers and her work has been published in several tattoo books.
She was raised by her mother alongside her older brother.

In 2016 Cally-Jo collaborated with the Coffee vs. Gangs campaign, which was founded by the coffee company Kenco. Gang tattoos are symbolic of a life of crime in Honduras, with gang members using special tattoo symbols to identify their allegiance to certain gangs. «Kenco» Ireland commissioned Cally-Jo to create an original artwork that captures the rich symbolism of tattoos, but also touches on the hopeful potential of coffee farming as an alternative to gang life. This project attracted the attention of the press, as well as the visit of the Ambassador of Honduras.
