Mata Maxime Mbanda (born 10 April 1993) is an Italian rugby union player. His usual position is as a flanker, and he currently plays for Zebre. Known for his smooth ball carrying and athleticism.
During the Coronavirus_disease_2019 outbreak Maxime decided to help and volunteer. He started transporting masks, clothing and food before transporting patients in an ambulance. He was quoted saying “When everything was cancelled in rugby, I wondered how I could help, even without medical expertise.”
