French singer-songwriter who’s known as the lead singer of the band Melody’s Echo Chamber. She released the critically acclaimed EP Melody’s Echo Chamber in 2012.

She started to play the piano and the viola at an early age. In 2010, she released her debut album, Hunt The Sleeper, with the Dream-Pop band My Bee’s Garden.

She named Serge Gainsbourg and Francoise Hardy as one of her musical inspirations growing up.

Her mother used to be in a choir. She began recording demos at home with her brother when she was a teenager.

She worked with the singer Kevin Parker on her EP, Melody’s Echo Chamber.

Melody Prochet (born 3 April 1987) is a French musician. She is the lead singer and songwriter of her musical project Melody’s Echo Chamber. Under this alias, Prochet first released its eponymous debut album, which was produced by her then-partner, Kevin Parker. The album received general acclaim from critics. In 2018, she released Bon Voyage, the second album under the Melody’s Echo Chamber alias.

She released her first album, called Hunt The Sleeper, in 2010, under the stage name My Bee’s Garden.

On June 27, 2017, a statement was released by the family of Melody Prochet that she had been in a serious accident and would need to be in the hospital for several months. Her upcoming tour would be canceled. Her family later released an updated statement saying that Melody experienced a brain aneurysm and broken vertebrae. The accident pushed back the release of the second Melody’s Echo Chamber album, Bon Voyage, from the spring of 2017 to the summer of 2018.
